ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Uinta County School District #4 will accept sealed proposals for the Front End HVAC Control System Upgrade for the K-8 and High School, subject to the conditions contained in the General Conditions, Special Provisions and Specifications until July 7, 2026, at 9 a.m., at Uinta County School District No.4 Central Office, 129 West Second Street, Mountain View, Wyoming 82939. Bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud. Proposals will be received for the work as set forth in the bid package, the project generally being described as follows:
This project will consist of removing and replacing the front end control system jaces for the HVAC system.

These documents will be available electronically for download at no cost, by contacting the Engineer for instructions. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on June 18, 2026; at 9:00 a.m. at Mountain View K-8 School, in Mountain View, Wyoming.
Wyoming State Statutes apply to the bidding and construction of this Public Works Project including but not limited to the following sections:

The Owner reserves the right to reject all bids and waive any informality in same if the Governing Body determines that it is in the best interest of the Owner to do so. No bidder will be allowed to withdraw their bid for a period of thirty (30) days or until the successful bidder has entered into a contract with the Owner.
The project shall be complete no later than August 19, 2026, as specified in the bid package.
