NOTICE OF ACCEPTANCE AND FINAL PAYMENT

UINTA COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 4, MOUNTAIN VIEW, WYOMING
MOUNTAIN VIEW HIGH SCHOOL TRACK REPLACEMENT PROJECT

Notice is hereby given that the UINTA COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 4 has accepted as completed according to the plans, specifications, and rules governing the same work performed under that certain Contract between the School District No. 4 and Post Construction, 1762 W 1350 S, Ogden, UT. 84401, the Contractor on the Mountain View High School Track Replacement Project for Site Preparation and Asphalt placement. The Contractor is entitled to final settlement for work under this Contract and the School District will make final payment to the Contractor herein mentioned for the full amount due on the forty-first day after first publication of this notice, being first published on August 26, 2022, and final payment to be made on October 6, 2022. Any claims should be submitted to the School District. Claims not filed with the School District, prior to the forty-first day after the first date of this publication, the same shall be waived.
