NOTICE TO FOOD SERVICE DISTRIBUTORS
Notice is hereby given that Western Wyoming Food Cooperative consisting of Sweetwater County School District #2, Sweetwater County School District #1, Lincoln County School District #2, Uinta County School District #6, Uinta County School District #4, Uinta County School District #1, Sublette County School District #9, Sublette County School District #1, Teton County School District #1, and Boces 5 have issued a Request for Proposal (“RFP”) to Food Service Distributors to provide food and non-food for the 2023-2024 school year.

All submissions must be done electronically through Interflex by 10:00 a.m. April 12, 2023. Proposals will not be accepted via facsimile transmission, email, or any other electronic or telephonic means. Only such Proposals that have been received in Interflex will be considered.
Western Wyoming Food Cooperative reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals deemed to be not in the best interests of our School Districts. Western Wyoming Food Cooperative further reserves the right to cancel or amend the RFP materials and contract documents at any time and will notify all persons requesting proposal documents accordingly.
