MOUNTAIN VIEW, WYOMING
HIGH SCHOOL AND K-8 SLURRY SEAL PROJECT 2024

Notice is hereby given that UINTA COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 4 has accepted as completed according to the plans, specifications, and rules governing the same work performed under that certain Contract between the School District No. 4 and Morgan Pavement, 625 S. Main St., Clearfield, UT 84015, the Contractor, for the Mountain View High School and K-8 Slurry Seal Project 2024. The Contractor is entitled to final settlement for work under this Contract and the School District will make final payment to the Contractor, herein mentioned, for the full amount due on the forty-first (41st) day after first publication of this notice, being first published on November 15, 2024, and final payment to be made on December 26, 2024. Any claims should be submitted to the School District. Claims not filed with the School District prior to the forty-first (41st) day after the first date of this publication, the same shall be waived.
