ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Uinta County School District No. 4, Mountain View, Wyoming, is requesting sealed bid proposals for the Replacement of the Transportation Building Metal Roof. The bid is to be awarded under a single Contract with single source responsibility.
- A mandatory site walk-through will be held at 706 West 4th Street, Mountain View WY 82939, on Tuesday, March 19, 2024, beginning at 12:00 p.m.
Preference will be given to Wyoming Contractors as defined by Wyoming Statutes Section 16- 6-101, et seq. Pursuant to Wyoming State Statute 16-6-104 and 16-6-106, preference is hereby given to materials, supplies, equipment, machinery and provisions produced, manufactured, supplied or grown in Wyoming, quality being equal to articles offered by the competitors outside the State. The bidder is additionally required to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws. The Owner reserves the privilege of rejecting any or all bid proposals, or waiving any irregularities or formalities in any bid proposal in the bidding.
Submit sealed bid proposals to: Uinta County School District No. 4, Attn: Transportation Roof Bids, 129 W. 2nd St., PO Box 130, Mountain View, WY 82939. Proposals must be received by the District no later than 1:00 p.m., Friday, March 29, 2024. Proposals will not be accepted after this date and time.
